O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to act upon this Court order dated 28.09.1995 in W.P.No.19347 of 1994 and consequent order dated 13.07.1998 in W.A.No.847 of 1998.

2.It is seen that earlier this Court by an order dated 28.09.1995 in W.P.No.19347 of 1994 observed that if the petitioner wants to go any where to rehabilitate himself, it is open to him to do so and the Pudukkottai Police should not interfere with his rights. Accordingly, the petitioner gave a representation before the District Collector, Pudukkotai for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, the District Collector, forwarded his petition to the CM Cell and the same was pending before the respondent herein.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner, in view of the recommendation forwarded by the District Collector, Pudukkotai, dated 10.06.2013 vide Na.Ka.No.Y5/5337/2013 within a period of four weeks thereafter, on merits in accordance with law.

3.The petitioner is also directed to annexe recommendation forwarded by the District Collector, Pudukkotai along with representation.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
