The writ petition is filed directing the first and second respondents to conduct an inquiry and to take necessary action according to the law based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2025 and for further or other orders.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 by placing the written instructions received by him in this regard would submit that the petition submitted by the petitioner has already been taken up for enquiry and 2/4

it is posted today (i.e., 06.03.2025) for enquiry.

3. In view thereof, let the exercise be completed in the manner known to the law. Due opportunity shall also be given to the petitioner to place all the materials and the enquiry shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
