This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents, in particular the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 28.02.2020 and also the patta that was issued in the name of the vendor of the petitioner in Patta No.1010. The petitioner made a representation seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Even though various communications were made, no decision was taken in this regard and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent submitted that necessary orders will be passed by the 3rd respondent based on the representation made by the petitioner within the 2/4

time frame fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
