ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of the detenu namely Srikanth, S/o.R.C.Anand Raj, aged about 33 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, Ms.J.Deepa, Sub Inspector of Police, F5 Choolaimedu Police Station, Chennai is present. The detenu is also present before the court.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu was secured on 15.05.2020 and handed over to the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
