O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are running Trust in the name of South Indian NGO Association and other NGO Organizations. The learned counsel further submitted that having grudge over the developments of the trust, the 4th respondent along with few other persons, who were running similar trust gave a false complaint stating that the petitioners who were husband and wife were collecting money illegally in the name of South Indian NGO Association and other NGO Organizations and also attacked the petitioner in their office premises. The petitioners gave a complaint in this regard but the case was not registered by the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police. Though, this Court by an order dated 28.11.2017, directed the 3rd respondent to register the F.I.R. in Crl.O.P.No.25889, no case has been registered as against the accused persons. In this regard, the petitioners have given a representation dated 02.01.2019 to take appropriateion action against the accused persons. Since, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent, the petitioners have filed the petition with the aforesaid prayer.

Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioners dated 02.01.2019 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order .
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
