ORDER

1. Mr.Fayaz, who appears for Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), i.e., Garnishees, which is impleaded as respondents No.3 and 4, says that they have retained an amount equivalent to Rs.3,06,425/-, which is owed by them to respondents No.1 and 2.

2. Accordingly, IOCL is directed to deposit the said amount with the Registrar General of this Court within a period of three weeks, from today.
