Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police station once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order passed Crl.MP.No.790 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20587 of 2020 dated 02.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.790 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20587 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, 66D of IT Act, in Crime No.1350 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
