this Court dated on 14.11.2016 has been complied with. In this regard, he filed a letter written by the residents of Nerigam village, Krishnagiri District.

2. The petitioner counsel is absent continuously from 03.04.2017 onwards. Further, the petitioner counsel on 02.06.2017 represented that he has given change of Vakalat and therefore this court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and posted the matter today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the representation made by Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court has been complied with, is recorded and the Contempt petition is closed.
