Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Arulmighu Subramaniyaswami Thiru Kovil, Tiruttani, Thiruvallur District, the 1st respondent herein vide his proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1160/2024-1/A2 dated 01.07.2024 and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the 1st respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential monteary and service benefits.

ORDER

It is stated that after enquiry had been conducted, orders had been passed removing the petitioner from service. The petitioner will have to challenge that particular order. The relief sought in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of removal before the appellate authority. No costs.
