ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the Superintendent of Prisoner, Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2019 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted his representation dated 23.02.2019 to the Superintendent of Prisoner, Central Prison, Puzhal seeking A class facility. But so far no action has been taken on the same. Hence, he has filed this writ petition.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted his representation dated 23.02.2019 to the Superintendent of Prisoner, Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, which is yet to be considered. Now the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to consider his representation. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 23.02.2019 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
