2.The second paragraph of the order copy dated 21.10.2021 passed by this Court may be replaced as follows: "It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner Trust is a Charitable Trust and the object of the Trust is to establish, maintain and run schools, colleges and other educational institutions for imparting knowledge in various subjects. It is further submitted that the founder of the Trust settled the suit schedule property on the petitioner trust under a Deed of Declaration dated 29.03.1972 registered as Doc.No.1410 of 1972. It is submitted that to generate income for the Trust towards the purpose of achieving the objects, the Trustees has let out the Schedule property to M/s.Fixit Pvt. Ltd., for lease for a period of nine years and thereafter lease was extended for a period of 18 years.

As the lease for a very long period, the Trustes decided to sell the property to H.Prasanna & H.Vishweshwar for a sale consideration of Rs.6,60,57,000/-. Seeking permission to sell the property as per the sale agreement dated 08.01.2021 and other reliefs stated supra, the petitioner Trust has filed this Original Petition."
