The third appellant, viz., Mr.Moideen Rawthar had died on 17.05.2021 and one of his legal heirs is already on record as the 4th appellant. The other legal heirs have sought to be impleaded as proposed appellants 10 to 14.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. There is no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
