This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate order in pursuance of the 1st respondent communication dated 06.09.2023 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2023 to classify the DC agricultural land to Non DC Land comprised in Old S.No.49/2, New S.No.79/2A, measuring an extent of 1.40 acres and also in Old S.No.47/3A, New S.No.80/3A, measuring an extent of 1.35 acres, totaling 2.75 acres at Aadaiyur Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through pleader. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
