Heard Mr. Ma.Gouthaman, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. T.V.Krishnamachari, Learned Senior Panel Counsel for the First and Third Respondents and Mr. M.Palanimuthu, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to consider the representation dated 27.02.2023 sent by the Petitioner through email to reissue the AEP to the Petitioner so as to enable the Petitioner to perform his day-to-day duties with the Indigo Airlines without any hindrance. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court record which reads as follows:- 2/5

" It is most humbly submitted that consequent to the order of notice by this Hon'ble Court, the Respondent had considered the representation of the Petitioner and re-issued the AEP. Therefore, it is humbly submitted, recording the same appropriate orders shall be passed."

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
