Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.3466 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3466 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 to comply with the condition before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.3466 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 is extended till 13.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
