Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, to call for the records of the detention made in Memo No.828/BDFGISSV/2014 dated 28.7.2014 passed by the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this court and set the detenu Dinesh @ Dinesh Kumar @ Bucket Sambar, S/o.Velumani, aged about 24 years as of now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai at liberty.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned detention order dated 28.7.2014 passed by the second respondent has been revoked by the Advisory Board. He also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
