C.M.P.Nos.7939 & 7940 of 2024 in S.A.N.652 of 2018 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant is died. Therefore, C.M.P.No.7939 of 2024 is filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and C.M.P.No.7940 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Considering the fact that there is no objection from the respondent, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to list the second appeal after two weeks.
