The learned counsel for the writ petitioner/Metropolitan Transport Corporation made submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the workman reached the age of superannuation and all his terminal and pensionary benefits were settled. 2. In view of the fact that the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished.
