Petition for modification of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.986 of 2015 on 19.3.2015 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8.
2. Petitioner was granted bail on 19.3.2015 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8 in Crl.M.P.No.986 of 2015 . While granting bail, condition has been imposed on the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court. Now the present petition has been filed to modify the above said condition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not able to furnish document surety and he is inside the prison without furnishing sureties though he was granted bail. Thus he prayed for modification of above condition.
