PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter dated 31.3.2016 in F.No.S50/83/2002 SVB issued by the 3rd respondent, quash the same and further direct the respondents to refrain from demanding the petitioner to make extra duty deposit without first following the procedures stipulated in circulars No.4 and No.5 of 2016-Customs dated 9.2.2016.
