ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024

and to remove an Obstruction on the Road situated at Illuppanatham Village by the Legal Heirs of M.Shanmugasamy @ Shanmugam i.e. 6th and 7th respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that till date no action has been taken based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2024.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

4. Heard the rival submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct detailed enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2024, after giving due notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 & 7 and opportunity of personal hearing and to consider the

documents filed by the petitioner as well as the respondents 6 & 7 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
