The above petition is filed praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner on 20.12.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.Appeal No.838 of 2013.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is bedridden and he is unable to move around. He further submits that the petitioner has paid the entire due amount payable to the Bank and also entered into One Time Settlement.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court without any default.

4. In the circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the order dated 20.12.2013 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.838 of 2013. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day, once in six months, pending appeal. 20.12.2016 nvsri
