ORDER

The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has passed an order through proceedings dated 02.09.2021 and hence the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent, it will be left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in accordance with law.
