ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent to register the case based on a complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.04.2015 vide CSR No.112/2015 dated 20.04.2015 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.112 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.112 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
