(CRIME NO.170/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax condition imposed on 02.03.2022 in Crl.O.P No.4466/2022 in bail application in Crime No.170/2022 that the petitioner/accused should appear and sign directed to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m. And thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.ANBALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4466 of 2022 by an order dated 02.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week ie., on every Monday until further orders.
