O R D E R

The petitioner and respondent herein are the husband and wife. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court in the petition filed for maintenance, by the respondent.

2.When this revision was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed additional typed set of papers enclosing a copy of the compromise memo filed by the parties before the Trial Court. Thereafter, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that the parties will seek mutual divorce before the Family Court and that a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and the gold jewels belonging to the respondent will be given to the respondent by the petitioner, as undertaken in the compromise memo.

3.Recording the above, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo. The said compromise memo shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. *Xerox copy of the Memo of Compromise enclosed.
