ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Earlier, when the bail petition was considered by this Court, the same was dismissed on the ground that investigation is at nascent stage and the CDR report is awaited. Since it is a specific case of harassment over phone and it was followed by the accused going to the house of the deceased on the date of incident at 06.30 p.m, and forced her to have physical relationship, which lead to the suicide of the deceased lady. The CDR detail produced before this Court indicates that the petitioner was frequently calling the deceased multiple times in a day and had a long chat. The investigation in this case is yet to be completed and the release of this petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein may enable the petitioner to abscond and not available for completion of the investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
