ORDER

When the Petition came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition as the matter has been settled and also made an endorsement to the following effect:- "The Respondent pays a sum of Rs.3,58,54,339/- by way of Demand Draft No.

011078 dated 23.06.2015 issued by HDFC Bank Ltd., Bhandarkar Road Branch in favour of petitioner, besides agreeing to pay TDS for a sum of Rs. 6,22,018/- to Income Tax Department in the account of petitioner, totalling Rs.3,64,76,357/- as full and final settlement for the transactions between the parties till date.

The Respondent is at liberty to lift the

Impregnation Vessel worth of Rs.83,46,750/- which is lying with petitioner."

In view of the above endorsement, this Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connection Application No. 487 of 2015 is closed.
