It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court has allowed the writ petition and has invalidated the deed of cancellation dated 08.05.2014 and the consequential Settlement Deed dated 07.07.2014 and also granted liberty to the respondents 2 to 4 to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief, if they so desire. He further submitted that consequential direction was sought for to direct the 1st respondent to register the order of quashing of the aforesaid two deeds and this portion of the relief has not been considered while allowing the writ petition vide order dated 20.02.2015.

3. In the light of the above, since the writ petition has been allowed and the impugned unilateral deed of cancellation dated 08.05.2014 and the consequential settlement deed dated 07.07.2014 have been held to be invalid, the 1st respondent is directed to register the same stating that those two documents have been declared as invalid by the order of this Court dated 20.02.2015.
