This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case against the said person on complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2014 and investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased a property in Morai Village in the year 2010 and now when he wants to identify the property, he was unable to do it. It is common knowledge that the sale transactions in Morai Village came to the adverse notice of this Court in several litigations. In this case, after more than five years, the petitioner wants the Police to identify his property.
