This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.1398 of 2015 filed by the petitioner, by order dated 21.10.2016 has directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post, where the Department https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

feels that the petitioner can be accommodated. 2.The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, alleging that the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader that the order dated 21.10.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
