This petition is filed to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3436 of 2024, vide order dated 28.11.2024, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam by modifying conditions No.1 to petitioner imposed the Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to be refundable deposit and No.4 petitioner is directed to produce the Original RC Book.

2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify condition No. 1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3436 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, is modified only to the extent of deleting the condition that the petitioners shall deposit 2/4

(Refundable) a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. It is made clear that, except the said modification, in all other respects, the order dated 28.11.2024 shall remain unaltered.
