This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint in F.I.R.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by one A.Soundhararajan, an F.I.R. has been registered as against the accused persons in Crime No.1 of 2018. He further submitted that investigation has been completed and the 1st respondent police have filed a charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sheet before the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Court, Coimbatore and yet to be taken cognizance.
3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
