[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of detenu viz., Harshith, aged 6 years, seeks production of her son.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent and learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
3. Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3/father-inlaw and mother-in-law of petitioner, submits that guardian OP has been preferred by the parties before District Court, Chithoor in DWOP No.44 of 2018.
