ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking directions to the respondents to disburse the Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Encashment (Earned Leave and Old medical Leave), Leave Surrender for years 2009 - 2011 and 2017 - 2018 and 10 days salary and all other retirement benefits pending to the petitioner. Petitioner also seeks interest to be paid on the said amount.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents, who had also filed the counter.

3.The respondents may examine the service records of the petitioner and examine whether the aforementioned amount had been paid. If the said amount has not been paid, the respondents are directed to pay the same within a period eight weeks in accordance with the seniority of such applications pending. The respondents are also directed to pay interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual 2/4

disbursement.
