2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.302 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer twice in a month instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
