This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 12.12.2019 made in I.A.No.457 of 2019 in O.S.No.2313 of 2004, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of Nine years Ten month was declined. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the subject property by way of registered sale deed from one of the sons of the testator and suppressing the same, O.S.No.2313 of 2004 came to be filed and exparte decree was also passed. Considering the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is admitted.

Private notice is also permitted.
