The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in proceedings Ref.Na.Ka.No.2182/m3/2016 dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
