A.No.1006 of 2026 in O.P.No.114 of 2025 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed to summon the District Treasury Officer, Thanjavur, Thanjavur Collectorate Campus, Thanjavur 613 010 to produce the Family Pension Payment Order of the deceased mother of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that this application may be dismissed as not pressed and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the endorsement made, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
