O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2022, according to law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father is the owner of the property in S.Nos.94/1, 94/3 and 94/4, situated in Kodialli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District. After the death of the petitioner's father, the petitioner acquired this property byway of partition deed in Document No.1799 of 2008. Thereafter, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property as agricultural land. However, inadvertently, the land in Survey No.94/2 is wrongly classified as Natham. In order to rectify the wrong classification, the petitioner made representation on 24.02.2022 to the respondents. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this Writ Petition is flied with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

5. The Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2022 will be considered by the respondents within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

6. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directed the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2022, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the aggrieved parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
