2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the applicant, at the time of filing of the Appeal Suit, paid excess Court fee.

3. The Appeal Suit was allowed-inpart on merits by this Court on 17.02.2020. Thereafter, the applicant filed a memo dated 12.12.2021 to the Registry seeking for refund of the excess Court fee paid.

3. In view of the fact that the appellant has paid an excess Court fee at the time of filing of the Appeal Suit, Registry is directed to refund the excess Court fee paid by the appellant, by calculating the same.
