ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC in Cr.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent Police.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this is the fifth anticipatory bail application. On 21.01.2021, this Court directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50 lakhs to the crime No.9 of 2018. However, in order to comply the condition order, they seek permission to deposit the amount. Subsequently, the case is adjourned subsequently and now, the condition imposed by this Court is not complied with so far.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and interim order passed by this Court dated 18.06.2019 is vacated.
