The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Ref.No.WL1/2454/2022-1 dated 17.03.2022 by the first respondent so for it relates to Condition No.23 so for it is against the petitioner quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from implementing new condition No.23 incorporated in the impugned order.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
