R.SUBBIAH, J., and S.KANNAMMAL, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J.,) By order dated 16.04.2021, this Court had condoned the delay of 351 days in paying deficit Court fees of Rs.25,400/- in C.M.A.No.SR.No.48621 of 2019 on payment of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk's Association, High Court of Madras, Chennai and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "For Reporting Compliance".

2. Today(30.04.2021), the matter is listed under the aforesaid caption. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 16.04.2021 was complied with.
