O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the OnLine application submitted by the petitioner on 20.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property for laying boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the OnLine application submitted by the petitioner on 20.01.2025 and conduct a survey in the subject property. This process shall be completed within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, unless and otherwise there are any pending litigation before the Court, they shall also be present at the time of survey. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
