This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 279 days in paying the deficit Court fee.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court by order, dated 24.03.2021 condoned the delay in re-presentation of the appeal and the present petition is only a consequential petition and hence, the same may be allowed.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
