ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.07.2016 passed

in Crl.OP No.17574 of 2019.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thitakudi on 13.04.2023.

In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thitakudi, to act upon the final report and proceed further in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of this order shall also be marked to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thitakudi.
