ORDER

It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled and a Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been entered into between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and that the Joint Memorandum of Compromise signed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and also by their respective counsel has been filed before this Court. The same is taken on file.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.06.2024. The terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.06.2024 signed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent shall form part and parcel of this order.

3. The Tribunal below shall disburse the amount, as per the terms of compromise. No costs.
