ORDER

This writ petition is directed against the impugned order dated 16.2.2018 directing the petitioner to vacate and handover possession of the place in question to the Board. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to address the Court properly. Although this Court has asked the learned counsel to peruse the impugned order dated 16.2.2018 so as to find out what had happened to the letter dated 20.3.2013 cited as third reference, he refused to respond to the Court's request. A perusal of the impugned order also shows that the petitioner was already directed by the respondents on 20.3.2013 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to vacate from the place and handover possession to the Board. The said letter dated 20.3.2013 has not been enclosed. Even after the letter dated 20.3.2013 cited as third reference, one another notice dated 12.9.2013 also was addressed to the petitioner. That is also not enclosed. That shows that the petitioner has not come to this Court with clean hands and he wanted to suppress what happened earlier. Merely on the ground that a similar writ petition has been entertained and an interim order has been granted, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as there is no infirmity or error in the impugned order.
