ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to alter the offence in FIR filed for under Sections 294(b), 306, 506(ii) of IPC instead of 174 of IPC in Cr.No.114 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent and to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.

While investigating the Crime, if any incriminating material to attract the offence under Sections 294(b), 306, 506(ii) of IPC is found, the second respondent is directed to alter the offence in accordance with law.

With the above observations this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
